Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

- Sweden: 49 SEK per order
- Worldwide: 6.5 USD per order
- Delivery Time: 10–25 business days
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

Refunds & Returns:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved or not.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at rocknmetalshop@outlook.com.

Final Sale Items:
